Are you dreaming of a winter wonderland wedding? Well you are not alone surprisingly there are one in four couples that tie the knot during the winter. If you are joining in on the winter wedding cool, here’s a great DIY ice lantern project for you. These lanterns are super easy to make and you won’t need a ton of supplies. I plan to make a few for my own home next winter.
2 buckets (one smaller than the other)
Some greens (holly, pine, mistletoe, etc.)
Water
Tape
Fill the biggest bucket half full with water. Place the smaller bucket inside it and place some rocks or something heavy to keep it in place. Add more water (the water level should be to the top). Add your branches to the sides of the bucket. Use some tape to keep the small bucket in the middle of the big one. Now, set the whole thing outside to freeze. Once frozen, remove the small bucket and then the large one. Place a votive candle inside and you’re done. Voila! Gorgous
